Please include your app version, device model, OS version (iOS or Android), and a short description of the issue. Do not include sensitive home records or photos unless they are necessary for support.
Privacy Choices
You can manage camera and Photos permissions in your device's Settings (these apply to the iOS app; the Android app requests no device permissions). You can delete app records inside HOME 4DAT where deletion controls are available, or remove app data by deleting the app from your device.
HOME 4DAT shows no ads on either platform. If ads are ever introduced, you will be able to manage tracking and ad-personalization choices through your device settings, and additional consent choices will be shown in the app where required.
